Bill Mulvany

Bill grew up in the big city of Dallas where his big dreams were born. Bill with his wife and 2 girls moved to Texarkana in the early 1970s with Texarkana Investment Corporation. The jewelry store across the street was for sale and Bill’s vision of finding success within the jewelry industry was able to take flight.

His greatest love, beyond his two daughters, five grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren is people.

Bill’s mentality is, “We aren’t in the jewelry business but rather in the people business.” He loves engaging in conversations about the community, his industry, or his hobby photography. He has recognized his good fortune and paid it forward in many ways including volunteering at his beloved church Sugar Hill United Methodist Church.
